Pros
You feel like you got the jet fighter and tanks in 18th century. You have a feeling that you can conquer the world with the great technology based product.
Cons
The high tech machines are operated by people from 18th century. Terrible management and too much politics from some VP's. It's their show! Company went IPO in 2012. The situation got even worse after IPO. Hired more than 30% people in 1 year recently. They probably don't realize where they come. Many old timer employees have already left and are preparing to leave this company because no recognition to those who made this company successful. This is good company for learning politics 101.
