Pros
One of the best benefits at phData is the opportunity for rapid learning and skill development. The extensive industry knowledge of the phData team, a company culture focused on asking questions and sharing knowledge, and the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and clients facilitates this growth. I can say that during my time there, I learned at a much faster pace than I would have at a more traditional corporate role. Also, the team at phData knows how to have fun. Company events, happy hours are a blast.
Cons
The fast pace and the need to always be learning may not be for everyone.
