Pros

You will feel secure really taken care of as a real member of the team with no discrimination. This is a very important pro for people who come to work in spriteCloud outside the country since you are dependent on them for your entire immigration process. They will defend you when you are working for clients to make sure that your rights and free time is respected and will do their best to make sure you work for a client you personally want. Lots of opportunities to learn different skills or work in diverse projects. How hard you want to work is mostly up to you.

Cons

It might take some time for you to get a client and this might seem like a wasted work hours for people who want to spend their entire career working on a project. Its fairly common to be asked to diversify your portfolio to attract more clients. This is not a bad thing by itself but if you are specialized on a field you might be asked to work on a complete different field than you were hired for. You still have right to refuse of course. Salary is not very competitive Yearly contracts mostly so expect to have an exit plan at the end of your year just in case.

Pros

spriteCloud really is a people-first company, putting the wellbeing and livelihoods of employees at the forefront of every company decision and strategy. The management team (from the chairman, to founders, and all execs) are hands-on with the team which gives a real feeling of transparency and trust. Although bench time can be long during slower months, this time is used to upskill and gain certifications, alongside participating in internal projects with colleagues. It's important to keep involved and stay motivated yourself, as the work is hybrid (with a majority remote) so you need to put your best foot forward and proactively get involved.

Cons

Some benefits could be improved but this is know and being worked on.
