5 waves of layoffs, no vision, no direction - Project Manager talech Employee Review

Everyone in Talech is in survival mode after 5 waves of layoffs and now a complete reorganization. US bank has no vision, no one has a grasp on everything because US Bank has groups all sectioned off and those group leads do not talk. Do not apply here. There are no career opportunities for remote employees because the bank decided to renege on remote working policy to force people to have video conferences in random desks in a building. We all still work across the globe but somehow driving 2 hours a day and sitting at a desk I can’t personalize will somehow increase my productivity.
