Pros

There are lot of opportunities to learn but management will not let you try own methods but force you to use some crappy, old fashioned junk not being for ages. Frankly there are not many pros.

Cons

You have to pay for tea and coffee. Your salary is paid 8-10 days into the month, and if the Owner is not around they wait until he gets back without caring about employees. It fires employees without any financial restitution and harasses and tortures you when you ask for the documents. There is no leadership, no decent knowledgeable person to talk to as all of 'em have left. Management sticks to old-age Nazi methods to treat the employees, It has bio-metric to calculate how much time employees have clocked in and gives salaries according to that. There is not infrastructure in the office, there are restrictions regarding usage of AC and owner gets pissed now and then about it. It has no prospects and half of the staff has left or fired(mainly from Top Colleges from India). Company sends you abroad without arranging proper accommodation and expects you to sleep in the subway or train while they figure some thing out. It is a joke and a very bad one.

Pros

- Opportunity to work with reputed business houses in India. But, does not maintain a good relationship with clients because of weak product. - Opportunity to be associated with and learn about entire project life cycle. But, the tools and frameworks used are based on jugaad baaji.

Cons

- Salary not paid on time - Micro Management on unwanted things such as entry & exit time - Work culture is too casual - Policy changes now and then as per the situation and employee involved - No formal training for anything. It is all jugaad baaji. No set processes, neither the management encourages for it - Management is all about one man show (owner) - Operates only in India - Cash in hand is a serious issue. The company just survives on monthly payments from clients - In start up mode for several years now
