I worked at tbits full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Small team
Location of the office, right in the middle of the city.

    Cons

One of the most obnoxious management.
Promised one set of roles and responsibilities and gave me another.
Misplaced sense of trust in IITs, everyone else don't matter.
Not open to suggestions or complaints unless from IIT people.
Very low wages; especially when you take the tedious work into picture.
They are not even willing to give you any travel money if they send you somewhere.
And, that work is never challenging at the intellectual level.
Overall, it's not the kind of startup you would want to work for.

    Advice to Management

At least give your employees some salary, even if they are not from IITs. That will motivate them to work.

I worked at tbits full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Opportunity to work with reputed business houses in India. But, does not maintain a good relationship with clients because of weak product.
    - Opportunity to be associated with and learn about entire project life cycle. But, the tools and frameworks used are based on jugaad baaji.

    Cons

    - Salary not paid on time
    - Micro Management on unwanted things such as entry & exit time
    - Work culture is too casual
    - Policy changes now and then as per the situation and employee involved
    - No formal training for anything. It is all jugaad baaji. No set processes, neither the management encourages for it
    - Management is all about one man show (owner)
    - Operates only in India
    - Cash in hand is a serious issue. The company just survives on monthly payments from clients
    - In start up mode for several years now

    Advice to Management

    - Encourage and motivate people
    - Set the processes and policies right.
    - Freshers are company strength. Give them career growth.

I have been working at tbits full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are lot of opportunities to learn but management will not let you try own methods but force you to use some crappy, old fashioned junk not being for ages. Frankly there are not many pros.

    Cons

You have to pay for tea and coffee. Your salary is paid 8-10 days into the month, and if the Owner is not around they wait until he gets back without caring about employees. It fires employees without any financial restitution and harasses and tortures you when you ask for the documents. There is no leadership, no decent knowledgeable person to talk to as all of 'em have left. Management sticks to old-age Nazi methods to treat the employees, It has bio-metric to calculate how much time employees have clocked in and gives salaries according to that. There is not infrastructure in the office, there are restrictions regarding usage of AC and owner gets pissed now and then about it. It has no prospects and half of the staff has left or fired(mainly from Top Colleges from India). Company sends you abroad without arranging proper accommodation and expects you to sleep in the subway or train while they figure some thing out. It is a joke and a very bad one.

    Advice to Management

Just close this sham already and put the employees out of their misery!!

I have been working at tbits full-time

    Pros

This is a small company so you can do work by your own and apply your methods. Not many people will push you to follow.

    Cons

The manager is real worst. Completely mismanaged company. Salaries does not come on time. Employees keep quitting because of lack of motivation and indifference of the employer. A very negative and employee unfriendly environment. There is no motivation and no appreciation of work. Work at hand changes so frequently that you are not able to concentrate and complete one work. Taxes is not properly paid. Management does not give proper documents regarding the company until forced to do so.

    Advice to Management

Motivate employees so that they feel good in doing the work instead of demotivating them at every point. Don't play politics with the employees. Believe it or not its your employees who are earning money for you not that you are paying them.

    Pros

Upcoming company.Has great future and a very dynamic leader.
The company has a great product and with the ongoing efforts the name of the company will be very familiar in the coming days.
As the company is new you get to learn a lot and going by own experience I have got more exposure than I had thought I would get.

    Cons

The infrastructure is not up-to the mark as it is still early days for the company.
The economical conditions are also not favorable to the EPC sector for which the company develops the softwares.

    Advice to Management

The management is going in the right direction but I personally think that the management should not hire ambitious people at least for now.
