      Pros

      The best thing about working at telent is the people. It is friendly and generally people work well together as a team. Your opinion matters at telent and if you want to put yourself forward for an opportunity or promote a new idea it is always given due consideration.

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours are long and there is pressure to deliver, but hard work and results are recognised so this definitely makes up for this.

      Pros

      Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within

      Sometimes feel like there is a lack of support from various functions as the business is still growing

      HR absolutely disgusting. Totally unprofessional. Pay needs to be better. Promised progression needs to be followed through.
