Our brand recognition isn't stellar despite the broad reach of our solutions in daily life. People almost never recognise "Telent" as a name, I usually have to mention Telent's past branding.
Internal IT systems are a bit disjointed at times, so I rely on my browser password manager a lot. With onboarding, I did need to figure out some IT related things on the fly and was expected to ask for permission to have accounts in key systems, rather than having those things set up for me (or even just being given a comprehensive list of IT things I needed to set up).
