Management or lack there of. Planning, or lack there of. Planning and management drop the ball and the hourly employees are left to clean up the mess and save the day but get no appreciation just more expectations without greater compensation. 24/7 plant now regardless of what they tell you in the interview and 12 hour shifts are coming very soon for everyone. It’s not uncommon to find out Friday afternoon that it’s mandatory for you to work Saturday and Sunday. HR is way to hands on in all the wrong areas. Need batteries or office supplies to do your job? Not without going through HR. Need to be paid correctly or need your new insurance cards because you found out while your daughter was at the doctor that the cards changed? Oh HR forgot to tell you that they had the new cards for 2 weeks now and they’ve been too busy to pass them out.
