The boss is committed to giving his employees the best environment in which to get better at their jobs and raise a family, and is very sharp and driven. He's a very good coach (able to effectively manage people of disparate talents and various skill levels).
Cons
It's not fast-paced—the company doesn't seem to be going to grow at a 100% YOY rate any time soon.
