I don't know from where to start. If there was zero-star choice, I would definitely choose it. 1. The salaries and especially the raises are way below market average, Even for the junior level. 2. The projects are handled in the worst possible way by completely incompetent and outdated(tech-wise) seniors. In my current company, I have met juniors with better skillset. As a result, this leads to a very slow, nearly non-existent development pace. Especially if you are junior, 3. Toxic ennironment. I had very often and instense quarells with my arrogant and very selfish senior, who treated me like I was a servant not a colleague. When I reported the specific behavior to HR, nothing happened. 4.My exit interview was cancelled twice. The third time, the HR director tried to reverse the whole scene, saying that we are the best company in Greece and who should feel very lucky that you work with us. Arrogance runs the whole company. In conclusion,I had the worst memories from this company. Zero technical development and always feeling mocked by the company.

In an era where digital advancement is crucial, their preference for not spending on essential tech upgrades is not only disappointing but also impedes workflow and productivity. Moreover, the work environment is often marred by unprofessionalism. The use of inappropriate language is alarmingly common, which contributes to an uncomfortable and at times hostile atmosphere. This lack of professionalism extends to the management of staff as well. Promised bonuses and salary raises are rarely distributed fairly, with only a select few receiving these benefits despite previous agreements. Another major concern is the inadequate implementation of the Scrum methodology. The requirements and project goals are often poorly communicated or not defined clearly, leading to confusion and inefficiency among team members. This lack of structure and clear direction is a significant impediment to the successful completion of projects and overall team morale. In summary, while the company may offer some opportunities, the negatives, including a reluctance to embrace necessary technological advancements, a toxic work culture, and poor management practices, significantly outweigh the positives. This company needs to undergo substantial changes in its approach to technology, employee management, and project methodology to improve its work environment and operational efficiency.
