      Pros

      Excellent communication and on-boarding from CEO & management. They are very clear and concise when it comes to commission, process, and daily activities. Learning more and more about this industry everyday. Having no experience in the industry, everyone is extremely supportive and encourages to ask questions.

      Pros

      The people I work with are young and fun to be around, I enjoy going to work so I can talk to my peers. The work environment is very positive, there is no room for negativity. We work hard but it is fun to see our team hit goals and exceed. Free lunch on fridays, great healthcare and 401K match.

      Cons

      Not too many cons really just have to be ready to work hard.
