Reorganized to charge less for Executives to have "exposure"... Highly critical of employees while attempting to "one call Close" a Professional C Level Executive, who knows better than to give out their credit card number for a $5,000 fee with a one year contract. Promise all kinds of Board and Director Exposure - it is not delivered - many ask for refund. Company pays little commission compared to reoccurring revenue from charging Executives. Execrep has it backwards - they charge the Executive - while allowing companies (who have the deep pockets), NOTHING to register with their service. A Board Placement or Director Position is paid for and the Sales person receives a minute portion as a "bonus". The Leadership is a little sketchy - with the several companies they have going - they will hire 95% of time - PART TIME employees. This is to bypass having to pay for employee benefits. The company is a revolving door. That is why they are constantly recruiting on Craigslist. If this CEO and his "partners", who live, work and play in Marin County treated their employees with respect and dignity, and were up front with their customers, kept their agreements and acted with Integrity, this review would be very different.
