      Pros

      Early start times with decent early off time. There's really nothing more that could be added to this category but I needed at least 20 words.

      Cons

      Screw you out of wages. Take you away from family time more and more. Only one week vacation first five years. Safety is NOT their number one concern.

      Great atmosphere and co workers for the most part, Owners are communicative and seem to care or listen to you.

      Cons

      management had its ups and downs, never enough taking the blame always is drivers fault.
