I have been working at Expressions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Discounts on most merchandise. Meet some nice people. Very laid back work environment.

    Cons

Low wages. No raises. No time and half on sundays. No holiday pay. No benefits. No discounts on retros or foams. Outdated equipment. Poor communication

    Advice to Management

Can't expect perfection if your paying people peanuts. Some people depend on there jobs to support a family. Yearly performance raises would be nice.

I have been working at Expressions full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Its a big company and a small company at the same time. Employees have access to everyone in the company even those who run the entire company and the owner

    Cons

The company is not technologically advanced so some of the systems are antiquated. Advancement possibilities can be a bit limited.
