Pros
- some really good/talented people to work and hang out with - a stocked kitchen - open, airy office setting - work/life balance - good location - dogs allowed
Cons
- revolving door -- some really amazing folks weren't valued and so they left - lack of transparency from top-down -- leadership didn't adequately share details about the business and the company's short- and long-term goals, key hires as well as key departures, unless asked direct questions, and even then, only the bare minimum was shared at quarterly meetings. - the 2 founders did not exhibit leadership qualities. they mostly hid in their offices - sometimes, SOWs went through with little or no consultation with UX, content and design, making timelines challenging at best
