Pros

I had a positive experience at EY Studios. The team is collaborative, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to delivering great work for clients. Leadership was a standout, especially Chief Client Officer, Chris Kosiba, whose support, transparency, and people-first approach made a meaningful impact on my experience.

Cons

As a smaller organization, compensation and benefits were limited, which ultimately influenced my decision to move on. That said, the culture and leadership made it a place I genuinely enjoyed being part of, and I’m grateful for my time there.

Pros

-I truly don't believe any of the issues come from a place of malice or cruelty. - Probably won't be around much longer

Cons

- The CEO is the worst aspect of this company. He is a man child. He insists on being involved in every aspect of the company (to an extreme micromanaging degree) but is incapable of staying on task, making deadlines, making plans, or using any sort of technology to communicate. No matter how many times you make a joke out of it "he's our worst client" is not funny, it's insane. You need to have both big picture thinkers and planners in a work environment and this place is filled with big picture thinkers who ignore planners. - Communication issues are solved by more pointless meetings that get nothing done. -The write up process is childish. If you want to fire me, fire me. If you want to yell at me, yell at me. Having a three strikes and you're out write up policy just has people looking for a new job after strike 2. - You're not a backwater Mississippi agency, you shouldn't have a bible verse in your mission statement. It comes across as "oh backwards hicks who impose their religious views on everyone, own this company." Businesses who operate on the scale that EYStudios does should not have a religion. If I was a client considering EYStudios I would run the other direction FAST. - No raise or bonus in multiple years despite economic downturn. (THOUGH, there was a cash incentive announcement on a company meeting that ONLY applied to certain people and not everyone. Basically rubbing it in everyone's faces that they're eligible for bonuses and we're not.) - There's an inner circle at EY that keeps secrets, doesn't communicate, and consistently causes issues for everyone not in the inner circle. - No equipment provided for remote workers. - Horrible insurance and benefits
