      In general a good company with good people that do quality work but mismanagement sometimes happens.

      Pros

      Great team in the 3D Generalist department. Supervisors tend to listen to the artists opinion, most of them atleast. Pretty stable employment if you bring quality work to the table. Most of the time good work/life balance. Free coffee.

      Cons

      Management is sometimes lacking and needs a push from the Leads to do their work. Sometimes mismanagement leads to more working hours for the artists but it is compensated.
