      I have been working with Factspan for over 6 years now. I have witness the growth of individuals and company over the period of time. Factspan has evolved over the period and working towards excellence everyday. PROS : 1) Ample opportunities to work on variety of technologies 2) High end problems for some of the big customers 3) Supportive to employees in providing related certifications 4) Competetive salaries with high growth potential 5) Ideas over Heirarchy

      In recent times , we have witness retention issues however company is working on hiring right talent and at the same time working towards setting up right policies for employees.

      Pros

      - The company is tightly knit and everyone is aware of what others are working on - Making suggestions and asking questions is encouraged - We get to take on more responsibilities and ownership. I've learned strong lessons in leadership and decision making - Key benefit of being in consulting is that I get to work on multiple areas of business and exponentially grow my experience in analytics - Very collaborative environment. I can always reach out to my co-workers for assistance and guidance

      Would have to think hard about Cons. Things could get really hectic at times since we're growing fast. But that's a part of the learning.

      - Very unprofessional behavior from management - No help provided with experience letters for GC processing. Please don't join if you are on Visa - Once you resign, you will be ghosted and will be treated badly - Less than average pay - No HR support for US
