    I worked at Fastech full-time

    Pros

Once you get integrated, the atmosphere is great.

    Cons

Take what you are promised with a grain of salt. More often than not, you will be told to "step it up", and when you do and ask for compensation, you rarely get it. Also, if you make a few mistakes, be weary of the bosses mood. Getting yelled at might get personal as in he will insult you and your intellect.

    Advice to Management

Yelling doesn't make a solution to a problem or make someone understand what they did wrong any quicker. It breeds resentment.
