Full-time remote; fun staff; lots of flexibility to pursuit interesting stories
Cons
Requires an entrepreneurial spirit to own an editorial section of the website, and that might not be the best for some editors.

Pros
Easily the best part of working at Fatherly was the people. Across almost every team, the people I met and worked with were smart, dedicated, kind, and passionate about doing their jobs well.
Cons
Unfortunately, lack of clear vision and bad leadership made it so a lot of these highly capable people were completely underused or their ideas were ignored. The lack of transparency and trust makes it so many employees often feel under-appreciated and overworked.
