I worked at Fetch Logistics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Co workers , Pay is good if you preform ,

    Cons

Management is horrible . Constantly down grading you . It's their way or the highway and they will spend no time to get rid of you . Don't talk to the person next to you , you get yelled at . They don't know how to run a business , the directors that is . They throw a idea at a wall and hope it sticks .

    Advice to Management

Get rid of your directors start a new . With the ones in place when I was there definitely not people or employee friendly unless your friends with them outside of work.

I worked at Fetch Logistics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Coworkers are generally nice people.

    Cons

Upper management is not collaborative and employees are not treated with respect. Managers continually talk down to all and it is not uncommon for cursing, sometimes loudly, to erupt on floor. Upper management is completely disconnected to today's world of business and how office culture is today. Your career will consist of making 100+ calls/day. Also, their benefits are questionable. 401k match only if company "makes money". Completely arbitrary.

    Advice to Management

No point, they wouldn't take it.

I worked at Fetch Logistics (Less than a year)

    Pros

hours are great. coworkers are great for the most part. good sales/negotiating experience.

    Cons

Account Executives don't really start making good commission until at least a year into the job. A new person gets fired or leaves for another job literally every other week. No job security at all unless you're the best of the best. Base pay isn't the greatest. Some of the directors are not nice people at all. Be prepared to be on the phone all day long, every single day. You get yelled at for being off the phone for a few minutes. In the time that I was there, only 2 out of 5 AE's were somewhat successful and that's mainly because they were given accounts to manage while the rest of us were hung out to dry. This place is a revolving door. They hire a bunch of people and then fire most of the same people months later.

    Advice to Management

Have a little more faith in your employees. Don't just fire them if things aren't looking good. Offer them extra assistance to be successful. The training program needs a lot of help. Especially the Account executive side. The way it always seemed at this job is that every single person is replaceable.

    Pros

Constantly busy ever changing work environment or task throughout the day and on a day to day basis the working hours were good

    Cons

The training wasn't all that good you kind of had to ask questions and find your own direction and how to do things the manager was not very attentive or interested in any questions brought to her

    Advice to Management

I would advise that you implement thorough training before someone is put out on their own they should shadow somebody so they do not always have to feel like they're interrupting someone else's work to try to learn their new job it makes a new employee extremely frustrated and uncomfortable and it does not lead to a good working experience for the new

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have since implemented a formal training program for our support staff to ensure they get all the help they need to be successful with our company.

    Pros

If you are willing to work hard, you'll be really successful here. If you are looking to do just enough to get by or for a pat on the back for "trying your best", Fetch isn't the place for you. They have high standards for everyone and expect a lot from you. In return, you make great money. Nice culture, good benefits and great people. Base pay is comparable in the area, and goals are obtainable. Better you perform = more you make.

    Cons

It's sales, can be stressful. You will be pushed all the time - if you can't handle that, then it's not for you.

    Advice to Management

Nothing really. I like no non-sense management. I always know what's expected of me.

I worked at Fetch Logistics (More than a year)

    Pros

Great hours and location. Summer cookouts to encourage, motivate, and promote fun in the work environment. Dress code is relaxed.

    Cons

Pay rate is low. Horrible management. Little growth opportunities. High turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees well (with pay, respect, and encouragement with jobs well done) and they will work harder.

I have been working at Fetch Logistics full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I really like how Fetch always promotes from within. I personally have been with the company for 4+ years and have been a manager for over 2 years. The job is fast paced, there is never a dull moment, the days fly by and no two days are the same. All management has done the job themselves for an extended period of time. The employees are younger and hungry to work and make money. We have picnics and celebrations for different holidays, but we only play hard after we've worked hard to achieve our goals and make money.

    Cons

The job and industry is stressful. Due to the industry and being a third party, some of the issues that occur are out of your control, which can be frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Continue to promote a professional and hard working environment. Lead by example and be consistent with decision making.

I have been working at Fetch Logistics full-time

    Pros

    -Casual Dress
-Everyone is gets along great outside of work
-Have cookouts 3 times a year
-Have a family outing once a year as well

    Cons

    • Few opportunities for advancement
    • Never told when you are doing a good job. Just when you are not. There are no rewards ever for being a good employee
    • High turnover
    • Expected to lie on a daily basis
    • Unethical practices
    • Make you work Saturdays then changed the work week from Sunday-Saturday to Saturday-Friday to avoid paying overtime
    • Constantly changing the commission scale to get employees to work even harder for their commissions than they already do.

    Advice to Management

Actually listen to your employees. We all have good ideas that we present to upper management but they never get implemented. Stop going on firing sprees all the time. It makes people uneasy about job security and no one will want to be loyal to your company. Also, stop screwing over your own employees all the time.
