I have been working at Fireline full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

A family owned company where everyone knows who you are. Easy access to upper management.company vehicles are provided and are taken home with you.

    Cons

Departments are very independent causing miscommunication at times. Unfortunately there is no pension plan and 401k is not matched by company.

    Advice to Management

Try not to change to much, to fast. Try to get departments to work together better.
