      Get to learn a lot of new skills and be involved in every aspect of daily operations. Opportunity to interact with, help, and develop staff.

      Cons

      no training, long hours, impossible workload, extremely low pay. Absurd requests. Technologically behind, inefficient. leadership is racist, exploitative, and phony.
