Employees are salaried consultants rather than contractors. This is the best of both worlds: direct hire and contracting. Many long-term employees; the company is 20 years old and many employees have been with the company for 10 years or more.

First Consulting Inc CARES about its people. You're not just a number. I have seen where they took a loss to help an employee out when that employee had a hard life-situation happen. First Consulting Inc communicates with their employees. You're not assigned to a client and forgotten about. I get weekly calls asking if I'm happy, and if I need anything. They offer much better benefits than all the Contract Houses I know about. Many of the Contract people at this Client who are not with First Consulting say they wish they WERE.
