    Pros

Great company to work for. I've been with the company for a long time and have nothing bad to say. Friendly atmosphere.

    Cons

I have nothing bad to say. Company has treated me well and has helped me grow.

    Advice to Management

Need to consider 401k and direct deposit. This will make it a better company.

I have been working at First Legal full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The executives, mid-management, and supervisors care about their employees, which, can be very infectious. Everyone cares about being helpful and supportive towards one another. It's not a stuffy company at all.

    Cons

The offices need to be bigger because we are running out of room with all the new hires that are occurring.

Treat you like family! Great growth and career opportunities. If you have ideas you are heard. Active and present executive team.

    Cons

I do not have any major cons! I think that the company works hard to improve in areas when issues arise.

I have been working at First Legal full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company is in a highly innovative phase of development - tons of new programs coming out that focus on employee engagement, professional development, and a path for career growth. Five divisions and several new departments give employees room to grow.

    Cons

Not for you if you are not self-directed. Company rewards initiative - choose to work smart and you will find growth; just doing a good job is not enough to earn more or move up.

I worked at First Legal full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Easy commute
    Easy data entry duties
    Casual dress code

    Cons

Higher ups will block you from success or earned promotion due to competition. They do not care about your career goals. Employees working after 2 years are prone to anxiety and depression. Unhealthy morale amongst employees, lacking professionalism. There is a segregated group that has more power over the other group. Toxic work environment.

    Advice to Management

Stop using employee of the month as a way to manipulate others to worker "harder". Stop lying to employees about promotional opportunities for your own benefit.
