      Pros

      The FirstPass Engineering Management team is an advocate for their employees. Synopsys, Inc recently acquired the Company, and now employees have even more robust benefits and a clear career path.

      Cons

      This isn't a CON, per se. However, once the merger was complete, there was a difference in the company's " feel, "only from the number of employees.
