It's like being in The Real Housewives

Pros

Somewhat flexible schedules, open communication. People there are very passionate at what they do.

Cons

TOO much open communication; poor management, LOTS of drama. It's like being in one of those "Real Housewives" TV Shows. Also, it LACKS professionalism. Boundaries are ALWAYS crossed. High turnover, lack or organization, and definitely lacks trust with one another.

False Promises, Fake Upper Ups

Pros

Decent training, great way to start in the field.

Cons

The company burns out the employees, and if the employees demonstrate concern or voice worry they are quick to talk them down and tell them how the job might be "too stressful " for them. They promise growth in the company, but all they do is that they dangle "promotions" in your face just to keep you from looking for better opportunities, but they always give you the run around as to why they can't give you the promised promotion. They used to train instructors well, but now they are just desperate to replace the high turn over rate, that they no longer care if quality service is provided to clients.

Pros

Supportive PD’s. Very flexible with hours. Training is great.

Cons

They claim to want you to “move up” with the company, however, directors are telling instructors that if the job can’t help pay the bills there are other opportunities out there. Their add claims “competitive rates” but they are actually severely underpaying staff. And I mean very underpaid, well bellow what the average pay is with other companies. Before, I felt like it was a good work life balance, but now it’s just them changing schedules last minute without consideration of our personal lives. Aside from the fact that there are a lot of fake promises to “promotions” and then suddenly revoking these and giving you excuses as to why they can no longer give you what they promised.
