Pros

The occasional humor of watching the CEO dig himself out of horrendous situations he puts himself and his company in.

Cons

- Disregard the positive reviews listed below as they were written by the CEO himself or employees told to leave a good review (You’ll notice a few bad reviews surrounded by many “great” ones. Don’t buy into it. ) - Very small start-up company of 4-6 employees and the CEO will claim he is “personally invested in your growth”, but will harass and manipulate you at any chance he has. - No HR department to hold CEO accountable for his actions. - Salary is based on the level of harassment you will accept. - Continuous false promises about insurance (which all current employees aren’t receiving), and will never get clear direction on your assignments/daily tasks.

This is inaccurate in several ways: - While headcount fluctuates, in January the only two employees (both entry level) that resigned did so while FlowFound had a team member count above 20. However, many were remote or international so in-office members may not be directly aware - Every employee over the past three years increased their salary by 30% or more regardless of their duration (for some, under a year) -- the statement about harassment is patently false - All employees are offered insurance. It's universally the same plan for everyone from a new employee to the CEO. Opt-in is optional, so there would be variance between team members, which we cannot discuss due to HIPAA - You can find 20 years of positive employee and client reviews, along with numerous industry coverage about the CEO's commitment both to people and partnership. Check LinkedIn. Can't fake that!

Pros

- Management care about each employee and their personal and professional goals - Doesn't care where you come from as long as you are good at your job - Provides you with all the equipment you need to perform tasks - Shares future plans for the company with everyone which motivates you to give your best - Social events that help you forget about work and relax with your co-workers

Cons

- Startup deadlines and a lack of communications with some elements of the team but that's something almost impossible to avoid when it comes to startups, not even a con in my experience with them

Thanks for sharing your feedback, however, I would share some of the ways we went above and beyond for this specific employee 1) We advanced pay when they were months behind on rent, utilities 2) We did not charge for PC or equipment damaged at home 3) Provided multiple warnings to stop using company funds for personal expenses like rent, groceries, utilities 4) Allowed flexible hours and location because employee lost vehicle, had family commitments 5) Did not pursue legal recourse for missing video production equipment, which was returned months after last day Culturally we: - Invest a portion of revenue toward professional training, social events - Offer flexible location and hours after 6 months of employment - Increase pay for each employee, on average within 90 days
