      Flexible environment, Good starting benefits

      Fix on the fly is a common method, often people act before doing leg work to make sure they are correct in advising customer or co workers. Heavily reaction based work environment.

      Pros

      It is a very flat organization. You will have direct access to senior management. Also, they has significant financing that will allow them to operate for a significant amount of time as they work to become profitable.

      Cons

      They are currently working to define their strategy in the US. When that is complete, they will do very well.
