    Pros

Professional, Positive and Inspiring work environment. Excellent health benefits, 401K plan, and unlimited commission structure. Zero micro managing and tons of opportunity to grow. John Donoghue (Sales Manager) is paramount, shedding his years of sales experience and knowledge, training and instilling confidence in Fora Financial's employees, setting the bar high, allowing each everyone one of us to become top performers within this industry. Overall, great company to work for.

I have been working at Fora Financial full-time

    Pros

It is a relaxed environment which is pretty good

    Cons

Its a bit of a high school vibe in here. You have cliques and have colleagues snicker behind your back. They do need better benefits overall along with pay.

I worked at Fora Financial full-time

    Pros

Relaxed work environment and an easy product/job to grasp.

    Cons

You might want to have more in depth training sessions to teach kids how to evaluate profit/loss/ balance sheets and bank statements.

    Advice to Management

The training was less than stellar, but it is such an easy product to grasp, I get why they wouldn't waste too much time training.

I have been working at Fora Financial full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I came into Fora Financial with previous sales experience where I was thrown into the mix and expected to produce immediately. I started my career at Fora Financial around the same time as the Executive VP of Sales, Michael Dwyer. Michael was very straight forward in my interview and explained the position with a realistic outlook- he was not trying to sell me a dream. Michael implemented an extensive sales training program that allowed me to thoroughly learn the product I was selling and also gave great insight on sales technique.

In addition to the great training program- the guys at Fora Financial are all very open to sharing techniques and work great as a team together. Anytime I need a question answered i have multiple people that will share insight with me.

John Donoghue is my manager and I am very happy to work under him. John is a straight forward driven individual who has helped shape me into the salesmen I am today and I am grateful to have the opportunity to learn from him.

I am 25 years old and enjoy going to work every day because I know if I work as hard as I possibly can, I can make 100K+ in a year and that is an opportunity that not all people my age have.

The Owners of the company are generous and throw monthly happy hour events and company mixers which are great ways to get to know your colleagues.
    -Proficient training
-Excellent Pay (If you work hard)
    -Great Company Culture
    -Performance Driven
    -No Micro-Management
    -Team Oriented Culture
-Open Door Policy Across all Platforms

    Cons

    -Cannot work remotely
-When the Company orders food they only order Pizza
    -Sales Office could be nicer

    Advice to Management

I have no advice to management. I appreciate the chance to learn and grow with skilled managers who make themselves available whenever needed.

    Pros

Appears to have all the tenets of an excellent start-up: good base salary, generous commissions and a lively workforce ...

    Cons

Was not impress by the looks of the office upon entering: the sales floor reminded me of a "boiler room" or "bullpen" - sales persons crunched next to each other, small bathroom and break area and unkept interiors ...

    Advice to Management

Fix up the 36th Street office to the level and brilliance of the HQ's ...
