Cons

The sheer lack of professionalism, education, and expertise - as well as the complete disregard for client requirements and legal standards - are well-detailed in the following article: https://cybertrax.medium.com/another-data-breach-in-the-ediscovery-world-casually-swept-under-the-rug-821c04a234b5 A forensic consultancy owes a very real and serious duty to their clients. To the extent FRA realises the existence of such a duty, they actively breach it at every turn. Read the above-referenced piece, and ask yourself if you truly want to be affiliated with such imbeciles.

Pros

Pay is above average for the industry.

Cons

Decision-making is centralized to one or two founders. Favoritism is commonplace and if you're not favored, professional growth is hampered. Marketing and appearances sometimes seem to be valued more than innovation and hard work. Infighting amongst partners, which is surprising for a company with one P&L. Leadership doesn't appear to accept change easily, which is concerning for the company's future and ability to adapt.
