Hello, thank you for your review. Acquisitions are major events that can be disruptive and do create change that can be uncomfortable. One company purchasing another is often a time when an employee re-evaluates whether to stay or to move on. We have attempted to be respectful and supportive of whatever a colleague chooses. We are grateful and pleased that we have retained a large number of very talented Format employees and are busy building on the success of the brand. For the first time in several years, Format is growing again, and we are encouraged by this. We have the utmost respect for all our staff, especially those who identify as LGBTQ2AS+ and BIPOC. As an organization we have worked hard to act consciously, thoughtfully and consistently. We have taken concrete steps to ensure that we place a focus on our LGBTQ2AS+ colleagues and clients not just during Pride month, but throughout the year. Some of these steps are basic such as expanding our use of photo images to showcase diversity, promoting the current work as well as the rich history of LGBTQ2AS+ photographers, and we’ve made a deliberate effort to have our marketing activity imbued with the core elements of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. There is always more we can do, and we are committed to that as we grow and move forward.
