Great place to work. Lots of opportunities and training.
Cons
We were required to work mandatory overtime due to staffing. There's ways to work around it so you can pick the shift and area you want to work.

Lots of opportunity for overtime and specialties.
Cons
Below average pay, always understaffed with mandatory overtime. Facilities are run down. Management is primarily made up of dinosaurs that don’t understand police work. Generally high stress with little to no services for mental or physical health. Retirement sucks and you will probably medical out before ever making the age requirement
