Pros

Nothing is a pro with this company.

Cons

Terrible pay way under industry standards. Time wasting trainings that have nothing to do with work. Management has no idea how to run a company, fulfill contracts or order supplies.

Pros

There are staff members that have the potential to shape this program. Don't get me wrong, there are more than enough unqualified staff here thanks to HR, but if given the tools, support, and enablement, some employees can make this more than it is. The focus of this program of providing avenues for the developmentally disabled is incredibly noble. Has assets and programs that could benefit the community.

Cons

Management is either non-existent, or completely incompetent. And I don't mean partially, but fully unqualified to run a program. At the point of driving it into the ground. Good staff is ready to leave if one more thing goes wrong

Pros

You don't have to work weekends, there is paid vacation and sick time. Moreover, this company does provide with medical and dental insurance.

Cons

No sense of constancy of work. Lack of business management or bussiness related experience. They also tend to play favorites and most of the supervisors are incompetent or practically dumb at their job. Also there is no real training on any of the positions the company offers.
