Leaving this organization after less than two years. I had initially posted a positive review because HR repeatedly encouraged employees to rate FYND, but in all honesty, my experience has been quite frustrating. While there are some good people here, many of the concerns raised in previous reviews are, unfortunately, true. The fact that less than 2% of employees stay beyond three years speaks for itself. Some of the key issues I observed include: Favoritism and workplace politics. Lack of structured processes and clear requirement analysis. Minimal brainstorming or collaborative planning before execution. Performance appraisals that often seem influenced more by relationships than actual contributions. During appraisal season, being on good terms with the manager who controls the ratings can matter more than your performance. Otherwise, you might find yourself receiving a PIP email instead of an appraisal discussion. This is based on my personal experience, and I hope the organization takes genuine steps to address these concerns. Note: Never ever mess with HR 🙂
