Pros

They aren't any pros working here.

Cons

-Working here as a female was traumatizing. Being told by management to lower my shirt to close deals was hard to swallow. The "C" word was constantly being used around the office by management. -On your offer letter / it will state 8-5pm. If you leave anytime between 5pm-5:30 pm it is frowned upon. Being told by management constantly that if you have kids / dogs to get rid of them and figure out your priorities. -No one in the company essentially has their own book so individuals would call other points of contacts and get credit for the work you did if they were the ones who were on the phone with them why they signed the contract - management cares about the deal, not who gets paid -Being paid roughly around $15 after working a role for almost 4 1/2 months to me is crazy. The hours you are threatened to put in verses the outcome doesn't line up. -9 people have left the company since they have been there for a year - management has expressed to unfollow those individuals on any social media

Pros

Potential to make money but must be willing to work hard.

Cons

- Non ethical UK business attempting to make it in America. - The business doesn't prioritize benefits. - Benefits such as healthcare, flexibility, PTO, are all very minimal and expensive. 401k is not offered - The environment in the office is very toxic. You are expected to work long hours arrive early stay late. -Talking to your peers during work hours is strongly discouraged. - No flexibility. You have an hour break that is very strict from 1-2pm and you are expected to be back at your desk on time. - All incentives are based on your billings and not on your work ethic or the work you put in everyday. - Training is very minimal and never structured. You rarely receive feedback or words of encouragement. -Management is made up of top billers who haven't received the leadership training they need in order to run a successful business in a different country. On the contrary they find it difficult to see junior succeed and often train to benefit themselves first. - Feedback is not shared with the team in a constructive manner to ensure confidentiality. - Resources & tools needed in order to succeed were taken away to save the business money but you are still expected to continue to bill just as much. - There is no room to grow your skills but only to grow in earnings. - The commission structure is changed often and not communicated with the team. Communication is very poor overall in the business. -Expectations are unrealistic and not achievable with the training in place. - The salary and commission structure is too low and realistically you will not make enough to survive in New York your first year as a junior consultant.

Pros

This can be a great opportunity for those who value money over anything. You have to be willing to be worked to the bone and not value ethics.

Cons

If you have even the tiniest amount of integrity, DO NOT WORK HERE. The culture is extremely toxic. - They take "work hard, play hard" to the next level. They have a bigger budget for happy hours (that turn into benders) than they do for basic office supplies. - The minute alcohol is introduced, all of the managers begin hitting on every female in the office. Harassment is common (e.g. accidentally grazing someone's chest or butt) - In the office, there is absolutely no transparency. No one ever knows whats going on in the business and entire processes change at the drop of a hat. Some times you don't find out about the changes until weeks later. People quit or get fired and management acts as if these people never existed. - Overall, management has a horrible attitude. They take out all of their frustrations on the lower level staff, slamming fists on their keyboards. If the office is having a bad week in terms of sales numbers, you can trust that they will be monitoring your restroom breaks, personal call times, the time you arrive and leave (they expect you to work a minimum of 10 hour days) - You will never be given direct feedback. You never know where you stand, where you're struggling, what you do well, things you can improve on, how they can help you. At the end of the day, everyone is a number. They hold the cost of employing you over your head. They openly expect to hire 1 good person for every 10 and will not hesitate to leave behind the other 9.
