Management sets unachievable expectations and vilifies you for not being able to meet these. High work load. No thanks or recognition.

Completely toxic work place. Young woman are used to do whatever job the management wants them to do, they are not getting paid enough and are often sold a dream of working with influencers. In fact they are working late hours without compensation. They are also being discriminated by management and some of staff for being immigrants or pregnant. There is also a toxic gossip environment that doesn’t feel safe at all
