Ability to get more work due to being good at your job rather than making it an even workload accross the board, pay and titled are based on being male vs female and whos backside you kiss to more than experience and ability to do your job, management plays favorites with worthless employees, Departments that are not revenue generating do not have a team approach, Company atmosphete is too corporate, HIGH STRESS AND HOUR EXPECTATIONS

People who do their job get more work and really get taken advantage of (nights, weekends, holidays). People that can't do their job get hired assistants so 2-3 people end up doing the job of 1 qualified person. A lot of people seem to have gotten their jobs through connections not via their qualifications. There is no promoting from within. Raises/promotions don't really happen unless you threaten to quit. A lot of contractors in the IT department make it difficult to work with the same people on problems. HR is sadly the most unfriendly / least helpful department. For example one girl's manager called her stupid and shoved the chair she was sitting in. She told HR, and then walked out when they were unwilling to take any action in regards to the incident. There are several similar stories.
