Everything is a priority, but with no clear direction on what we should be spending time on and it changes by the day. Many teams fighting for same resources (design, dev, copy). Multiple reorgs and layoffs during my time there.

Zero Job Security: You never feel truly safe in your role, even if you are meeting all your targets and performing your job perfectly. Disregard for Loyalty and Performance: Long-term employees and high-performing teams who have dedicated years to the company are completely undervalued. Rigid RTO Policy: Leadership enforces a strict return-to-office mandate that actively lowers productivity for roles that thrive remotely. Even if your manager is perfectly happy for you to work from home. Disconnected Leadership: Senior executives feel completely out of touch with the day-to-day realities of the business and don't seem to know what is actually going on.
