Mar 24, 2023 - Marketing in Mountain View, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Lots of perks and benefits. Pay is at or above average for the industry. Well respected products.
Cons
Top management does not know who you are. Decisions to keep you or advancement are not based on merit or how much you produce. During times of layoffs folks who you do not work for decide your fate, and many who produce very little work long-term while others who are top producers are first round of the layoff.

Good stack, use cloud infrastructure. Teams are strong
Cons
Post mergers and acquisitions, US locations getting a raw deal. Most folks are under 25% on comps, no career growth opportunities.

Know that song 'Gimmie more' by Britney Spears? That's Gen. Demand more and more but give nothing back.
Cons
No culture, no travel, no celebrations,. O nothing
Continue reading - Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Good work-life balance. A good place to coast since projects and priorities change constantly.
Cons
Consumer cybersecurity has become a commodity. Most engineering jobs are moved to Eastern Europe and India to cut costs. US operations are primarily corporate & marketing functions. So if you are US based and into tech & engineering, opportunities are limited. Management is learning on the job, so the entire company is bearing the grunt of rookie mistakes.
