      Pros

      I’ve only been here a few months, but I’ve already noticed a big difference compared to many other companies. The people are friendly, collaborative, and focused on getting things done efficiently. Many colleagues go the extra mile to help new hires settle in, which makes the transition much smoother. The overall environment is energetic and fast-paced, with more direct interaction with teams and clients around the world.

      Cons

      As a global company, you do need to be flexible when working with international teams and clients. That said, you can usually manage this with a flexible schedule. You also need to learn and adapt quickly, as projects and directions can evolve as the company grows. It’s a dynamic environment that requires quick adaptability.

      Pros

      Great Culture & Environment: The working environment is incredibly young, vibrant, and energetic. It makes coming to work enjoyable. Employee Engagement: HR does a fantastic job of keeping morale high, especially with the quarterly birthday celebrations and regular team-bonding activities. Strong Teamwork: While the workload can get quite heavy at times, you are never left to struggle alone. The team is highly collaborative, and everyone steps up to support each other when things get busy.

      Cons

      High Workload: The pace can be fast and demanding, leading to occasional periods of high stress and overtime to meet deadlines. Language Barrier: Internal communication can sometimes be a challenge. A significant number of colleagues primarily speak Mandarin, which can occasionally creare miscommunication in project collaboration if you aren't fluent.

      Overworked compare to the compensation that they are giving. Blame culture Very strict attendance that doesn't makes sense- like a factory worker Don’t understand how a company like this still functioning
