      Flexibility in schedule, company is good about approving vacation and personal time, yearly raises, convenient office location

      Cons

      yearly raises don't cover inflation, pay overall isn't great, micromanagement and cliques amongst long-term employees, "this company is a family"

      The pay is decent. Work life balance is mostly ok. Management encourages you (verbally) not to overwork yourself to death.

      Cons

      DEI is non existent. Career advancement is non-existent (unless someone dies or retires, which never happens.) No cost of living increases.
