      Pros

      Fast growing in the technology space. Led by a good management team with a strong vision. Huge potential to grow to a very large company. Opportunity to learn from senior members and training is provided. Location is great, between Angel and Kings Cross.
      Fun employee events planned and the atmosphere is improving as the team gets bigger.

      Cons

      A growing company means changes happen often - which is actually a plus. We have an excellent leadership team.

      Advice to Management

      Keep up the great work atmosphere, transparency, communication, and showing how much you value your employees.

      Pros

      A growing business that cares a lot about its employees and treats them very well. Lots of opportunities to develop yourself and grow within the business. Very outgoing and easy to talk to anyone in the company, no matter the level. Great offices and a very nice atmosphere that makes you feel you are part of a family.

      Cons

      Still a growing business that needs to improve some processes, but it's for sure on the right track.

      Advice to Management

      Keep up the good work and support you offer to all your people.

      Pros

      Really cares for its people creating a family and community environment across its offices in London, Romania and Poland.
      Inspiring Founders with energy to match
      Awesome offices with an engaging atmosphere
      Just lovely people who want to support and grow the business to its full potential
      They have an exciting product and the capability to grow fast in the next 3 years

      Cons

      Still developing so change is frequent which is good if you like a fast pace environment. Not suitable for everyone, although I love it!

      Advice to Management

      Keep doing what you are doing, it's going to be a great ride!

      Passionate and inspiring Co-Founders - Always have time for their employees. Always happy to listen to their employees and put steps in place to implement the best environment for their employees.
      Wonderful Family environment - Everyone gets on so well. Visitors are always welcomed with a smile and made to feel at home.
      Team Work - Supportive, encouraging colleagues.
      Fun place to work - We work hard and play hard.
      Always learning - Learning and progression is always encouraged.

      Don't actually have anything bad to say.

      Keep doing what you are doing. You always listen to your employees and care. True signs of a leader.

      young collective, good salary and good center office location

      Cons

      being a startup, procedure change very often, and this could increase stress factors occasionally.

      Advice to Management

      Provide personal development tools and training for employers. A health insurance would not be bad also.

      Pros

      - Growing over 100% every year, so I'm genuinely excited about where the company is heading
      - Passionate, smart employees
      - It's a startup, so it feels like you really get the chance to own your own work and make a significant impact

      Cons

      - Has been growing so fast that sometimes it doesn't feel like we have had time to build the infrastructure to scale, meaning that it can be pretty stressful to cope with demand at times

      Advice to Management

      - Ensure that we're investing in infrastructure so we can better scale later on
      - Never settle for anyone but the highest performing employees

      I have been working at Global App Testing full-time (More than a year)

      Pros

      - you will be surrounded by a vast majority of extremely bright and passionate people which makes your life a lot easier when you try to get things done
      - salaries are on point
      - company policy of "real talk" on all levels which allows you to speak your mind and tell leaders on all levels that some ideas just suck
      - you are allowed to take on a lot of responsibility if you feel you're up to it
      - you can influence almost every area of the business if you have a good idea (but it might take few months for some people to digest it ;) which is to be expected )
      - sometimes major processes get redone in a matter of days or weeks if there is a better way of doing things

      Cons

      - not every process is fully baked or optimised which is to be expect at this stage of the company
      - a lot of documentation is not centralised yet due to really fast growth but there is work being done to rectify it
