* Good management is non-existent * Not a meritocratic working environment i.e. hard work is not rewarded * Poor remuneration * No pension * The company don't have a HR department. They like to cut corners to save money instead * Bare minimum holidays of 18 days... doesn't increase the longer you stay * Career progression is non-existent * The company works under a climate of fear. Their method of motivation is to just threaten you with your job instead of mentoring and proper management etc * Management / directors engage in childish playground nastiness * Watched on CCTV cameras and monitored while out in the cars * Company treat their customers with disdain behind closed doors * Company aim to exploit NI's low wage economy and graduates looking for work * On the whole? Terrible place to work

Bad salary No progression Watched on cctv and cars tracked No proper training Management favour those who are family or family friends. You won't last long if you aren't one of these! Customers have no privacy AT ALL. BEWARE.
