      The people. Those that haven't let the job corrupt their souls. Some of the most generous, gifted, beautiful people, most of which due to the management, don't know their full potential.

      Cons

      Power mad managers. Dirty. Regular bullying. Dishonest charity fundraising. Exploiting the weakest people of society.
