Diverse work culture that strikes a great balance between the European influence to counter the high pressure NYC mentality. Fun brand with monthly office engagement events from trivia games to holiday celebrations. Passionate people in a high growth environment with a lot of opportunities to branch out and explore, with support from leadership. Organization is willing to pivot and make quick changes to be accommodating and flexible in today's environment.
Cons
Some bad apples (no pun intended), that detract from the company culture and stymie progress. Small open office format that can be noisy at times due to the # of calls/ conversations. Meeting room space is at a premium.
