      Pros

      Great coworkers and decent pay. Work was enjoyable and isn't overwhelming unless understaffed.

      Cons

      HR and upper Management are ego driven and you only retain employment if they like you. If they are afraid you'll report something wrong that reflects poorly on them your gone before you get the chance to say anything no matter your employment history with them. They are almost always understaffed.

      People making bars in the plant are trying their best.

      Cons

      The owner and her followers are very dishonest and can NOT be trusted. They are selfish, unaware, and will lie and take advantage of you.

      Free product for employees is nice.

      Cons

      Lots of internal issues. Hiring process lacking and honestly concerning. CEO needs to hand over the reigns to a more qualified CEO. Also, CEO lives across the country in CA and very disconnected from the reality of everyday operations yet still makes decisions like that is not the case. Founders often aren't the best fit to continue in role of CEO as company grows; they should have hired from outside many years ago and it's problematic that they do not recognize this after many years. Supervision and accountability of supervisors' role is lacking. Blame any issues on employees who were not properly trained in the first place - which falls back on the leaders of the company.
