Pros
The health care benefits are good. Tons of free food and weekly happy hours. They do try to create a family like environment. For the most part everyone is generally nice. Every practice group has a different feel, so I wouldn’t discourage anyone from working here, but advise them to be very precautious.
Cons
Staff is under appreciated and most if not all experience some sort of burn out. The firm runs through legal assistants like a baby runs through diapers, yet administration doesn’t acknowledge the attorneys are half of the problem. The office lacks diversity. There is a bit of nepotism at play when it comes to office politics. The holiday bonus and annual raise is joke, negotiate your salary so you don’t get low balled.
