None. Literally none. No leave system, founder is highly rude.

Cons

They dont provide you with any training period and expect you to work perfectly without any mistakes. The company will kick you out at any moment. The company has zero work-life balance. You have to work for 9 hours from Monday to Saturday, and they still think the work you're doing isnt enough. They think that just because they are paying you, they can exploit you completely and leave you at the edge. If you have any self-worth and self-respect, please do not join this company.

There is nothing positive to say about this company. The behavior of the senior management is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you value peace of mind, please avoid joining. They hire people without genuine intent, set unrealistic expectations, and treat employees poorly. They seem to believe that money can buy everything, but they lack basic morals and ethics—and no amount of money can replace that. In my opinion, this company should not even be operating.

There’s absolutely nothing good about this company. Senior management is unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright toxic. They hire people for show, dump impossible expectations on them, and treat employees like they’re disposable. They actually think money can buy everything—pathetic, since they have zero morals or ethics. This place shouldn’t even exist.
