- Great access to tools - Competitive salary / benefits - Very talented colleagues, that you can learn a lot from

Cons

- Unsteady leadership, constant pivots and lack of certainty (plus seeing senior leaders constantly leaving) - High uncertainty due to lay-offs earlier this year - Low morale across teams (for the above reasons)
